***IMPORTANT*** PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!
1. Click "Purchase Self Serve"
2. Select today's date
3. Select number of each type of watercraft next to the amount of hours you wish to paddle
4. Select "Get available times"
5. Select the next available time slot
6. Purchase with credit or debit card
7.Check your email for lock code and instructions!
8. Remove the watercraft you purchased and lock all remaining watercraft before you paddle!
9.Click "Sign Waiver" button on the homepage and sign the waiver for each person paddling. (Minors need parent/guardian signature)
10. Life jackets are the law! They are in the blue and clear bins! Various sizes. Straps adjust.
11. When you are finished paddling, lock all watercraft and stack neatly for the next guest. Return all life jackets and paddles where you found them. Wet life jackets should be laid on the picnic bench to dry.
***WARNING: Staff and park rangers are regularly monitoring the location. If we find that you used more watercraft or time than you ordered, you will automatically be charged for your entire use plus a $100 fee!
***If watercraft are not locked properly or stacked neatly, the last guest prior to the incident will be charged a $20 fee!
***KT Kayak Rentals reserves the right to hold the last guest prior to incident accountable for any missing or stolen watercraft. In the event of missing or stolen watercraft, the last guest prior to the incident is responsible for covering replacement costs as follows:
$250 per single kayak. #400 per paddle board. $600 per tandem kayak. These charges are non-negotiable.
HOW TO LOCK
Weave the chain through the metal eye hooks in each single kayak
Trough the front handles in each paddle board
Through the side handles in each tandem kayak
Loop one end around the legs or benches on the picnic table
PAY ATTENTION TO HOW THEY ARE CHAINED WHEN YOU UNLOCK THEM.
Take the two loose ends of the chain and lock them together
