Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no extra charge. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount, but you will be able to reschedule your paddle at no extra charge.
If KT Kayak Rentals closes temporarily due to hazardous weather during the time of your reservation, you have the option of cancelling completely or rescheduling your paddle at no extra cost. KT Kayak Rentals reserves the right to cancel your trip due to hazardous weather. In this case, you will not be charged for the cancellation.
No-Shows are considered groups that do not call or show up withing 15 minutes after their scheduled time. This includes all day paddles that have a scheduled start time! If you or your group is a No-Show, your kayaks become available to walk-ins and same-day reservations. We cannot guarantee that your kayaks will be available to you if you show up late and do not call! No-Shows will be charged 15 minutes after their scheduled paddle time with no refund available. If you are a No-Show and you wish to reschedule your paddle, you may do so at no extra cost.
